Job DescriptionThe Programmer I position responds to service order requests on various network elements and devices, voice mail platforms, and the Service Order Administration (SOA) system. Duties include utilizing assignment and record systems including Martens, Ensemble, SOA, and other duties as assigned by the Programming Supervisor or manager. Programming is required in multiple switch types, voice mail platforms, and systems to resolve errors. Additional duties include the manual programming of devices where errors or issues occur.
