General Summary This role is accountable for supporting the execution of Colonial Lifes enrollment strategy to differentiate Colonial Life in the marketplace. In particular, this position is accountable for: Overseeing development of customized enrollment databases and securely deliver core benefit data return files for customers and technology partners. Overseeing development, implementation and maintaining Harmony Connection partner integrations/product hosting relationships. This role requires both a competent technical lead as well as a strong business leader capable of delivering successful enrollment strategies. Position will influence both business and sales partners to create, enhance and leverage technology capabilities that support Colonial Life target markets. This role maintains a balanced view taking home office, sales partners and external marketplace trends into account in order to recommend the most effective solutions. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day operations required to achieve high levels of performance, while delivering high quality service. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Develop and delivery of unique enrollment solutions for Premier Clients (xxxx+ eligible employees) and 3 rd Party Vendors. Communicating and negotiating with Premier Client Services (AVP and Director of Premier Client Services) sales partners and 3 rd Party vendors on enrollment strategies and data return requirements for our Premier account customers. This includes acting as a primary interface to internal and external customers on our enrollment technology capabilities. Also must interface with our IT department on building and supporting these capabilities. Partnering with 3 rd Party Vendors to recommend the most efficient and cost effective enrollment solutions. Managing workload and directing efforts of team to ensure timely and accurate database and Core/Colonial Life data return file delivery. This includes ultimately ensuring the accuracy of each enrollment database and Core/Colonial data return files by implementing quality assurance initiatives and technology solutions that improve the efficiency and services levels of the enrollment database support team. Assuring that the team members have growth and developmental plans; takes action to ensure talent pipeline is in place to meet future business needs and challenges. Motivate and lead team members to achieve corporate, department and individual development goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
