I am a senior needing a roommate from August xxxx until August xxxx. Apartment is less than 10 minutes from campus. The rent will be $496 a month plus half of the electricity bill which is usually $45 each. The apartment is already furnished, and we have excess storage. Cable and Internet are included. You will have your own bathroom attached to your bedroom as well as hardwood floors and granite countertops. Willing to show room and available space upon request.
