Job Description:
Growing multifamily Property Management Company is in search of aRegionalManagerfor a portfolio of apartment complexes in the South Carolina and North Carolina markets. The Regional Manageris responsible forensuring optimum operational and financial performance results are achieved through successful implementation of company's business plans, initiatives, and strategies. The candidate we seek must be familiar with the local market and possess exceptional employee relations and management skills.
Responsibilities include:
Financial reporting, which includes expense budgeting and overall revenue forecast to include salaries, marketing and maintenance expense.
Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures;familiarity with fair housing practice laws and ensuring agency guidelines are followed.
Analyzing market conditions, occupancy trends and competitive pricing with the ability to adjust and implement new market rents, renewal rates, retention programs and leasing incentives.
Manage day:to:day operations to include supervision of community managers, ability to train, mentor and lead a sales team.
Maintain plan of action to promote your assigned portfolio, conduct regular site visits, and attend agency inspections and ownership/investor meetings.
Maintain a strong rapport with vendors, managers and employees.
Assist with new acquisitions and sales and organizing and implementing an effective plan of action for property takeovers.
Job requirements include:
Minimum of three plus years as a multi:family regional manager
Extensive knowledge and experience in the NC and SC apartment markets
Expertise in developing property budgets
Proven leadership skills, results driven and detail oriented
Flexible schedule with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Proficient in Yardi
