Real Estate Paralegal
Recruiting Solutions is
currently seeking a full-time Paralegal for a reputable company
located in Columbia, SC. This position will be responsible for high
volume closings per month.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Paralegal certificate
- 1-3+ years of real estate experience
- Experience with around 50 residential
closings/month
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing all documents for
special provisions, clearance of problems
- Prepare loan documents and closing documents
- Post-closing document control, UCCs,
satisfactions
- Prepare assignments of mortgage
- Review title reports and lien searches for
violations, title defects
- Liaise with all parties involved in process
