Real Estate Operations Coord Department: Planning Schedule: Full-time FTE 0.9 -1.0 Shift: AM Hours: AM/8 HRS/ON CALL Job Details: This position is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the real estate office; to include but not limited to, maintaining filing system, ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, producing meeting agendas, tracking department projects, and supporting the Real Estate Department in all facets. This job is also responsible for assisting the Mgr, Real Estate Operations with the property management of leased and owned medical office facilities and undeveloped property owned by Palmetto Health. This job assists in coordinating and implementing services to ensure that the real estate portfolio of Palmetto Health effectively and efficiently supports the system's strategic plan. This job must also assist with financial analysis and database administration to support the needs of Palmetto Health's leadership team. This job reports directly to the Mgr, Real Estate Operations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience: 2 years of commercial property management.**Experience in a multi-site healthcare environment preferred; Number and Type of Employees Supervised: None; Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: None; Special Training: Must possess skills in action orientation, project management, communication, creativity, critical judgment, customer orientation and teamwork.**Must possess a strong understanding of contract language and be able to interpret and analyze legal documents.
