Real Estate Loan Officer - Columbia, South Carolina. Responsible for assisting members in obtaining conventional or investor type mortgage loans and home equity or lines of credit. Responsible for building referral relationships with realtors and builders to assist Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in obtaining new members and help existing members with their real estate needs. Analyzes data on applications to ensure meeting Grow Financial Federal Credit Union and secondary market guidelines. Responsible for system input and validation of data as well as for collection and evaluation of all documented information required.
High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Four (4) years of mortgage lending experience is required. Must be able to develop sales presentations as well as develop sales production from internal and external sources. Must have proficient math and PC skills, including mortgage software.
