xxxx617 - Directs the achievement of revenue goals through administration of sales activities, pricing strategies, operational issues, and by managing and overseeing assigned Account Executives and exceeding customer expectations.  Implements policies, procedures and practices to achieve company and department goals.  Continuously acquires, applies and shares industry and competitive knowledge; monitors economic and industry trends.  Work schedule is minimum of Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND four to 10 years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Preferred candidate will possess a broad-based knowledge of advertising industry trends and competitive media including new media and marketing information, demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with internal and external customers, prepare reports accurately and within deadlines, and accurately forecast sales by analyzing current and year-over-year trends.
