Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up event, renewal parties, property event, competition, and resident program as approved by the property manager. Give informative property tour to potential prospect onsite. Lease and renew bed and apartment via in person, on the phone or online. Lead and develop PT and FT leasing consultant. Assist in the recruiting and interviewing process. Maintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing data. Audit lease file as need to ensure adherence to all policies and procedure. Assist with all moves out and move in event as well as collect deposit and fee associated with move in. Requirements Two or more years of leasing off campus student housing apartment. Proven success in a leasing manager position preferred. Sales and management experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or retail industries preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Position require a high energy and organized individual. Passion for helping college student to find their next home.
