All of our Realtor BPO Specialists are members of our brokerage and must transfer their state real estate license and MLS/Board affiliation, (except for Appraisers
Appraisers for valuation position and potential for additional appraisal work.
Requirements:
Must live within a close proximity of advertised city
Full time availability to complete high-volume of orders
Must have a current Real Estate license for a minimum of two years "or" an appraiser license
No trainee appraisal license
Must have access to your local MLS
Experience performing BPO's/Valuations is required
