Position Description
This position will support the Corporate Real Estate Department in maintaining safe and healthy environments, ensuring business operations are fully supported and physical assets are preserved in all facilities. Assist with Implementation of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance, maximize operational efficiencies and manage risks appropriately.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years Corporate Real Estate Facilities/Property Management experience.
:Or:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years Corporate Real Estate Facilities/Property Management experience.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid drivers license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Proactive, action oriented and highly organized.
Collaborative and team:focused.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to remain on:call 24x7 to respond to facility emergency situations.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Facilities Management / Property Management certifications.
Member of real estate professional organization.
