Apartment Property Manager   The Community Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the community; overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, employing and developing the staff and maintaining positive resident relations.   Job Responsibilities: Manage apartment community to achieve maximum pre-determined marketing results Hire, supervise and motivate all on-site personnel Must have a thorough understanding of the competitive market and high standards for customer service Maintain the physical condition of the property Coordinate and monitor rehab of property Attend all company training as required for this position Set goals to achieve certification status Understanding of operating procedures is essential   Job Requirements High school Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience   Must possess a working knowledge of multifamily property management, including but not limited to, Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collections, eviction procedures, accounting principles and the use of accounting software and property safety Must have assertive collection skills and superior customer service and employee management skills Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel Must be detail oriented and able to focus with occasional interruption.   Must adapt easily and be able to wear several hats and adjust easily between manager and leasing Must be able to jump in and make an immediate and positive impact on the asset and team Must understand the bottom line and comprehend how to balance income and expenses to get the best overall results for the asset Must understand the impact curb appeal has on the entire asset and marketing platform Must be willing to learn and follow all policies and procedures set forth Occasional travel is required Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite or AMSI/eSite   is strongly preferred       To Apply:   Please submit your resume via the “APPLY NOW” button   Equal Opportunity Employer
