Job Description:     Leasing Consultant           Location: Denver CO     Salary Range: $13 per hour + Commissions     Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt     Benefits: Employee will be eligible for benefits after 30 days.     Employment Type: Full-Time     Description: Leasing Consultants are required to handle the leasing process on the property, including qualifying of prospective residents, answering the telephone, scheduling an appointment with the prospective resident, showing the property and leasing available units.     Duties: Agents must have a good understanding of HUD and public housing requirements. Candidate needs a positive attitude and to be people orientated. Professional and well groomed is a must. Leasing agents need to be readily available to assist the property manager and/or any other staff if requested.     Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Business school, college, marketing or other accredited courses in sales and marketing helpful. One to two years of leasing experience. Proficient in MS Office Positive attitude and people oriented. Must have the ability to work with and understand persons of all ethnic and educational backgrounds. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively (by telephone and written correspondence). Must be well groomed, professionally attired and pleasant to work with. Have the ability to assist On-Site Property Manager and/or Assistant Manager in all duties, which he/she may be assigned
