Employees at this level provide administrative support to work groups in the organization. Completes work with close supervision under clearly defined procedures and serves in a non-exempt capacity. Duties and Responsibilities Uses business software applications (eg Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. Maintains files and calendars. May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses. Working Conditions Performs work in normal office environment; may be required to provide assistance in multiple areas as needed. Position may be located at a generating plant, regional office, etc. Prolong sitting at desk/computer. May be required to travel for training and/or assistance at other sites and may be required to work overtime. Depending upon the desired qualifications of the successful candidate, the hiring manager may elect to fill this position at a higher level within the job hierarchy.
