High School/GED Required 2-4 years experience required Job Summary: This job reviews and identifies data from a variety of source documents; enters data into a computer system by terminal and to verify accuracy and quality of data; performs related clerical work; ensures all reports are distributed appropriately. Responsibilities: Coordinate data information with data manager and supervisor. Adhere to policies and procedures pertaining to confidentiality and the security of all departmental communication. Key data into computer systems using established formats utilizing a computer terminal; key in and maintain time attendance for all staff; review and verify documents for errors or incomplete data and make appropriate correct. Review documents for errors or incomplete data and make appropriate corrections. Perform a variety of related tasks such as logging and maintaining statistical data, keeping records, processing report requests, formatting and generating routine reports. Perform file management and maintenance. Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 2 years of experience in an office setting required. 2 years data entry experience preferred. Special Training: Skilled in the use of PC-based applications (ie word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, etc.). Must demonstrate organizational skills and be able to work independently.
