Project Superintendent Responsibilities include: Inventory and management of on-site materials Management of subcontractors Manage and maintain project schedules Create and maintain as-built drawings and oversee project close-out Manage quality control Troubleshoot and create solutions Completion of all necessary jobsite documentation Project Superintendent EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field of study. Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family construction industry. Must possess knowledge of OSHA regulations. Must have strong knowledge of wood and metal stud framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems-codes.
